  All I can say is WOW ! Dr Sandhu is the best ! I have had dental issues my whole life ! I can finally smile with my mouth open !! Natalie and the entire staff desrves A Huge Shout Out !! They are all amazing! I am so happy I found them ! Thank you Dr Sandhu !! I will be back !! lol

  Tuesday, October 10, 2017 had an upper tooth pulled. Expected to have my partial already to go so that when I face the public I would not have to hide the hole in my smile. The cast was done 6 weeks before my tooth extraction was due. Also it was paid for up front. The week before my extraction I called to confirm that the partial would be ready as expected. The person replied " yes it is here". Well just before the tooth surgery began i asked to see it. It was not for my upper right tooth! It was cast for BOTTOM teeth. Following that discovery I was informed that my dentist Osvaldo Amezcua, the owner of the practice would see me when the extraction was done. Well, directly following the extraction I was put in another room where a technician took another cast. Having to submit to a cast while your mouth is bleeding from an extraction is not a pleasant experience. Following the cast I expected to see the dentist. Apparently he had no intention to see me. The front staff seemed astonished that I was expecting to see him. Therefore I left. They never asked me to close out my visit for the day. I did not even get paperwork / summary of the days services. When I got home I emailed the office manger Emily Ghani., waited a day for response. The next day I forwarded that email to the main email because I had received no response. Today is Thursday ,October 12 I not been contacted to date as to when the partial will be done or been scheduled for that appointment. I am wondering will they even call me when it comes in? So far I am very skeptical about the efficiency and follow through regarding this and future interactions. Time will tell.
