  Ana was above and beyond wonderful!! Jasmine and Jose's customer service skills are impeccable. As afraid as I am of the dentist, Ana was warm, informative, and a tremendously outstanding person!! I'm for sure staying with Western Dental!!

  Anna was great! I honestly hated going to this place due to their ways of scheduling. Most of the time either I come in with my kids just to waste time, because they've scheduled us when we're not even supposed to?! I had troubles with them sending me back and forth to their orthodontist to get copies of my information so I don't have to redo it. Mind you that I'm a client. However today was different. The staff was super helpful, and thorough with the information. Anna was super nice. Every Western Dental needs a staff like her.

  I bought and paid for my daughters braces through Western Dental. Was never late in all three years of payments. Yet, every time I ever had to call them...calling them is calling an incredibly aggressive call center in India, they put you through the ringer, making you verify every last detail before they will speak to you about anything, so they can get their money if you ever default, even though I hadn't had a single late payment. It was insulting to be treated like a criminal without reasoning. And they won't change your due date, threatening a $25 monthly late fee if you don't make the payment on time. They also do a terrible job of letting the credit bureaus know about your on time payments, so don't expect the loan to help your credit score, it won't. So, I needed braces for my next child and I hesitated because it was such a headache the first time, but it's a convenient location so I went back. They gave me a sheet with a quote for braces. Turns out, Western Dental charges $1000's in undisclosed interest (meaning they don't provide a breakdown of the interest, which is a really sneaky way to go about a quote and will probably end up in a class action lawsuit eventually because legally that's supposed to be disclosed on the front end of a loan and it's not). The front reception desk @ the Elkhorn location is managed by very rude staff who actually seem to enjoy being nasty to patients. The waiting room is dirty and ghetto with lots of silly signs posted on the wall treating grown patients like children. So after remembering why Western Dental was so awful the first time, I decided to shop around. Turns out, most places charge ZERO interest for braces. Here's the difference, the BETTER place I went with charges $4500 for braces with zero interest. Western Dental charges $6500 and doesn't explain the breakdown on their one page sheet they give you. $4500 is an estimated payment of $130 for 24 months. $6500 is a payment of $160 for 39 months. FOR THE EXACT SAME BRACES. Save yourself $1000's of dollars and go to a nice friendly office instead. I wish I had known!
