- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Great Doctor but staff needs to step up to the plate in answering phone calls. I just went to my physical for the year and since then I've been having to stay on the phone for almost 30mins to get a nurse to answer the phone just to get an answer. So I figured I would enrolled into the Medical Portal so that I would be able to communicate faster with my MD, well I still have not yet received a confirmation so that I may have access to my medical records.May 23, 2017by Claudia Porras
