- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was going to let yesterday's incident slide but I'm extremely dissatisfied today to pick-up interstate travel health certificates that are (out)dated October 2016. That's not even close to today's date - April 11, 2017 and those certificates are only typically good for 30 days. Glad I checked before leaving the parking lot. I still have to come back again to get the "correctly dated" health certificates since there's no veterinarian on site at this time, 11:30 a.m. We'll see if indeed it will be ready by 2 p.m. today, just as the receptionist guaranteed. As for yesterday, I called ahead of time to give the staff ample time to get heartworm preventative pills ready by the time I pick my boys up after their comprehensive exams, that way it will be a quick check out. Guess what? No quick check out as planned since the person I spoke with (Mark) apparently did not get those pills ready. This does not seem to be a coincidence.
